This is a special coupon reserved for accounts that have 50+ domain names, saving roughly $1 on new and renewed domains, plus $0.99 WhoisGuard. To activate it, contact customer support, and ask for Gold Deal to be activated. Then, whenever you are making a purchase, apply the GOLDDEAL coupon to receive your discounts.
WhoisGuard
This is NameCheap’s WHOIS privacy service. It comes free with every new domain purchase or transfer. However, after one year you need to pay for it. The standard charge is $2.88/yr, $7.88/yr for five domains, or $0.99/yr if you have access to GOLDDEAL (see above).
